LAST AND FINAL REMOVAL DATE FOR THIS AUCTION IS MONDAY, JANUARY 14TH, 2018.
RIGGING/REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER/BUYER AND ALL RIGGERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE LICENSED, INSURED AND APPROVED BY THE AUCTIONEER.  Every effort will be made to facilitate removal.  All removal activity must be in accordance with OHSA guidelines.  Removal may begin when the auction has been completed and Payment IN FULL has been made.  ANY LOT NOT REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES BY MONDAY, JANUARY 14TH, 2018, SHALL BE REMOVED, RESOLD AT PUBLIC OR PRIVATE SALE AND/OR SCRAPPED BY AUCTIONEER, at their sole discretion, WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE AND THE COSTS OF SAME SHALL BE CHARGED TO DEFAULTING BUYER. 
The Buyer’s Premium shall be added to your invoice and calculated as part of your total due prior to removal.
The Buyer’s Premium for this auction is:- An 18% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on the sale of all assets. 
- The Buyer’s Premium will be reduced to 16% for all onsite buyers if payment, in full, is made by means of cash, wire, cashier’s check, company check (with bank letter of guarantee) within 48 hours of the close of the sale.  An 18% Buyer’s Premium will be charged for all BidSpotter purchases with no discount of prompt payment.
